i love spring nights, when the air is warm and heavy, and you an see halos of moisture around streetlights. when you leave a building and you can feel the air envelop you. when you can smell the flowers at the height of their bloom, bordering on the sickeningly sweet smell of their decay. the smell is so strong it's almost tangible. and you can hear cars off in the distance, which only accentuates the relative silence of where you are.
