this weekend is skunk weekend!

and school starts this monday! o_O i'm glad i checked, although i don't have school until wednesday. i'm actually on my pc for the first time in like 3 months. i vastly prefer mac. windows is so clunky and stupid.

since visiting douglas, i've had a lot more contact with april. i don't know how long it'll continue, but it's nice. i haven't had a lot of contact with kelly, and i'm worried i won't see her even as much as i had been because she's not in school anymore. this makes me sad, since she's my wonder twin.

i'm ridiculously excited about potential skunk! i can't wait to meet him :)

i have a crapload of crabby pictures that i need to post. i'm lazy. i figure i have every right in the world to be lazy after hellish quarter of doom (tm)

i've really been sucking ass at lj. it's not because i have a life or anything, i've just been mostly uninterested in cracking open semagic or ijournal.

i've been cooking a lot, an awful lot. when i was in alma (just for the record, alma and douglas are the same area, or close enough) i cooked manicotti for my family and they were really surprised by how good it was. i really do have a great love of cooking, mostly baking. i'm sure no one i used to know would believe that.

of course, everyone finds it surprising that i do my own work on my car, so i guess i'm full of surprises. :P

i don't really think i'm "domestic" though. just love having fresh cookies :P i still hate cleaning and shit. argh.... how i loathe cleaning.

i'm also crampy and gross. yay for being a girl! it's my first run of the diva cup though, and i have to say that i'm in love. it's so much cleaner than anything else i've used. i highly recommend. no stained undies, no dirty hands.

those playtex heat therapy things are god. god in a little individually wrapped self heating pad.
