i've had an account with you for almost 4 years now. The week I turned 18 i got an account with you. i've used you faithfully ever since (with a very very brief affair with wachovia, which ended in heartache and broken dreams). I've been making the same deposits from the same bank, same account into the same account every three months for about 3 years now.
sometimes i have these checks cashed, sometimes i have them deposited and they clear overnight. please, tell me why i got a hold on this check until the 21st when i deposited it thursday? and please, explain to me why 3 different customer service people gave me 3 different time frames and told me to contact the bank manager, that he could straighten it all out. and please tell me why i couldn't walk in and talk to the bank manager, why i had to talk to his assistant. why on earth does someone who doesn't know the difference between 45 minutes and 3.5 hours work with money?
and tell me, dear suntrust, why i had to call another customer service rep crying to finally get ahold of said bank manager, only to hear form him that he can't do a god damned thing about the hold?
i fucking hate you, and i hope that everyone reads this and quits using your stupid shitty bank. i hope your children starve when you can't get another job because you are the most unhelpful fuckers on the face of the earth, you pathetic pieces of shit.
